BMG Design Build LLC is led by principal architect Boaz M. Golani, who brings over 20 years of experience serving New York City and the metropolitan NY clients.

 

We specialize in ground-up residential and mixed-use developments, approaching every project with a rigorous zoning analysis to fully understand what can be built and to maximize the value of every square foot.

 

From there, we establish a clear framework—defining the program, planning efficient layouts, developing thoughtful designs, and navigating approvals with precision.

 

We are passionate about the entire process, from concept through completion, and are committed to helping our clients reach their ultimate goal with clarity, peace of mind, and success: the issuance of a Building Certificate of Occupancy.

To support this outcome, we expanded our traditional construction administration services to include full construction management, and over time refined an integrated approach that allows us to deliver the process seamlessly under one roof.
