DESIGNED AND BUILT FOR A LOCAL DEVELOPER. We were approached with a request to create an attractive design. Soon our services expended to include the remodeling of the entire house inside out. The developer liked the house so much that he decided to move in with his family! Eventually they moved oversees. The family that rents the house has lived there ever since. It's a beautiful spacious and light-filled house that is hard to find in urban settings. The design we proposed and executed is utilitarian keeping clean lines and bright colors, maximizing the sense of light and airy environment.
