addition is paying homage to the Dutch Colonial style.

Working within strict zoning confines, Landmark Preservation guidelines and Natural Area District regulations, every single aspect of the design is aimed to enhance the original design intent.  The front facade was designed to a have a minimal effect on the street making Landmark approval easier. The rear facade allows for additional windows and western exposure at the 2nd floor facing the rear yard.
